Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I place an order?

Once you place an order, your payment method will be authorized but not charged immediately. Because most cuts are priced by weight, the final price depends on the exact packaged weight. After your order is prepared, we will confirm the final weight, charge your card accordingly, and coordinate pickup or delivery.

How do I pick up my order?

Pickup is completely free. Once your order has been prepared, we will contact you to coordinate a pickup time. We currently offer pickup in Manteca, Fremont, and Santa Clara.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We offer local delivery within our service areas. Delivery is free on orders over $100 and $10 for orders under $100.

Delivery is currently available across the Bay Area and Central Valley. Please enter your ZIP code at checkout to see if your location qualifies.

For larger orders outside these areas, please contact us through the form on our website and we may be able to arrange a delivery.

Do you ship orders?

At the moment, we do not offer shipping. We are focusing on local fulfillment during our soft opening phase. Shipping may be introduced in the future as we expand.

How does pricing work?

Most cuts are priced per pound. When placing an order, you select an approximate weight, but the final price depends on the exact packaged weight. Your card will be authorized at checkout but charged only after your order has been prepared and the exact weight has been confirmed. Tomahawk steaks are priced per cut, not per pound.

Is your meat halal?

Yes. All of our beef is halal hand-slaughtered according to proper Islamic standards in a certified zabihah halal facility and processed in a USDA-approved facility. We do not stun the animals prior to slaughter, and every animal is handled with the utmost care and respect throughout the process. Our goal is to provide premium halal beef that meets the highest standards of quality, integrity, and humane treatment.

How fresh is the meat when I receive it?

Our beef is fresh and vacuum sealed shortly after processing to preserve quality and flavor. After harvest, the beef is carefully refrigerated for about a week to allow the meat to naturally tenderize and develop better flavor. Vacuum sealing helps maintain freshness in the refrigerator for several days and allows the meat to be frozen without losing quality.

Can I freeze the meat?

Yes. All of our cuts are vacuum sealed, which makes them ideal for freezing. You can place the package directly in the freezer without needing to rewrap it. Vacuum sealing helps prevent freezer burn and preserves quality. When properly frozen, vacuum sealed beef can maintain its quality for up to 6–12 months.

How is the meat packaged?

All cuts are vacuum sealed for freshness. This packaging keeps the meat protected, prevents leaks or mess, and makes it easy to store in your refrigerator or freezer. Most cuts are portioned for single servings, so you can thaw only what you need without having to defrost everything at once.

Do you offer commercial or restaurant accounts?

Yes. We are open to working with restaurants, businesses, and commercial buyers. If you are interested in a commercial account or bulk ordering, please contact us directly to discuss pricing and availability.

Will you offer more cuts in the future?

Yes. We plan to expand our selection of cuts as we grow. If there are specific cuts you would like us to offer, we welcome feedback and suggestions from the community.

What if I have a question about my order?

If you have any questions about your order, cuts, delivery, or pickup, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you. Since we are currently in our soft opening phase, we appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue improving our service.

Can I request a specific cut or give feedback?
