Our patties come unseasoned — just fresh, halal beef so you can season them your way. No fillers, no binders, no pre-mixed seasonings, just clean ground beef pressed and ready to cook. Vacuum-sealed, 3 patties per pack.

Cooking tip: Season generously with salt right before the patties hit the heat, not before. Sear over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side for a crusty exterior and a juicy center. Press once when they hit the pan, then leave them alone — flipping and flattening repeatedly is what dries a burger out!
